For example, if the seller manufactures parts of a scooter, and those turn out to be malfunctioned or defective, then the seller can be dragged to the court by the consumers. Penalties in such case can be financial compensation, replacement of defective items with good and functional items etc. However, in the first place, the buyer should confirm that the source of buying items is authentic and registered.
